Product Description
Core Material Advantages :
20# steel matrix: Provides high-strength mechanical support and impact resistance.
SnSb11-6 (Babbitt metal): High tin content, offering excellent embeddability, wear resistance, and anti-seizure properties. Under high-speed and high-pressure operating conditions, it forms a perfect hydrodynamic lubricating film with the journal, effectively reducing high-speed friction, preventing shaft system wear and even seizure, making it the standard wear-resistant material for Sundyne high-speed pumps.
Structural Design:
Integral flange type: Precise alignment of mounting surfaces ensures dynamic balance at high speeds and reduces radial runout.
Internal groove / diversion hole design: A typical structure for high-speed bearings, used for forced lubrication and cooling to ensure uniform distribution of lubricating oil during high-speed rotation and effective heat dissipation.
Application Scenarios:
Specifically used at the connection between the motor shaft and pump shaft of Sundyne high-speed pumps, withstanding extremely high rotational speeds (usually tens of thousands of revolutions) and loads.
Widely applied in key conveying systems in industries such as petrochemical engineering, fine chemical engineering, LNG (liquefied natural gas).
