  • What kind of warranty policy do you offer?

    We provide a standard 12-month warranty period for all products, starting from the date the equipment arrives at the destination port. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace parts free of charge for failures caused by material or workmanship quality issues.   • How do you ensure product quality?

    We implement full-process quality control from source to finished product:
    • Strict Incoming Material Inspection: Testing all raw materials entering the factory.
    • In-Process Control: Quality checks at every key production step.
    • Final Performance Testing: Every unit leaving the factory undergoes rigorous performance testing under simulated working conditions to ensure it meets standards.

 About Purchasing and Logistics
  • Which countries do you ship to, and what logistics methods do you use?

    We serve global customers, exporting to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Our shipments are dispatched via air or sea freight from Shanghai Port or other designated major Chinese ports.
  • What is the delivery time?

    For standard models, if stock is sufficient, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 days. For customized products or large quantity orders, the delivery time is generally 30-90 days, depending on the order's complexity. We will provide you with a firm delivery date after you place the order.
  • What payment methods are available?

    We support various secure payment methods, including:
    • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Typically requires a 30%-50% deposit after contract signing, and 50%-70% balance before shipment.
    • More flexible payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
  • What is MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

    The MOQ for our standard products is usually 1 unit, but for large projects or customized products, the MOQ may vary. Please refer to the specific product page or consult our sales representative.

  • How do we start our first cooperation with you?

    The cooperation process is very simple:
    • Step 1: Send us an inquiry via the website form, email, or phone.
    • Step 2: Our sales engineer will contact you to confirm all technical details and commercial terms.
    • Step 3: We provide you with a formal quotation and contract.
    • Step 4: You confirm and pay the deposit, and we arrange production.
    • Step 5: After production is completed, the balance is paid, and we arrange shipment.
  • Do you provide samples? How are samples charged?

    We understand the need to test samples before bulk purchasing. Depending on the product value, we offer the following solutions:
    • For low-value products, samples may be free, but you need to cover the shipping cost.
    • For high-value products, samples are provided at a preferential price, and the cost can be deducted from subsequent orders.
