Product Description


The ROA-S series standard chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. The product complies with the ASME/ANSI B73.1M standard set by the American National Standards Institute.

Structural Features


  • New hydraulic model:Significantly improves the pump's efficiency and cavitation resistance.

  • Back-open impeller:Can maximize the balance of axial force,achieving predictable seal chamber pressure and thrust load.

  • Seal chamber baffle:Can improve the flushing of the seal chamber,thereby better coping with solid-containing media,and has strong heat dissipation and steam exclusion capabilities.

  • Seal types:There are various options such as packing seal,single-end face mechanical seal,double-end face mechanical seal,series mechanical seal,balanced type,unbalanced type,cartridge type,and non-cartridge type.

  • Axial external adjustment mechanism:The gap between the impeller and the pump cover can be accurately adjusted externally without disassembling the pump body.This will greatly simplify the maintenance process without the need to replace bearings and seals.

  • Bearing isolation ring:Isolates the bearing from the environment,preventing contamination and accidental splashing,greatly extending the service life of the pump bearing components.

  • Bearing bracket water cooling:Using a new type of corrugated pipe for water cooling,the cooling liquid is directly introduced into the lubricating oil for cooling,which not only improves the cooling effect but also saves lubricating oil space.image3

When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
Select the sealing type (Packed Seal, Mechanical Seal, etc.) according to the working conditions.
