Product Description
Pump Casing and Impeller Design
Foot Support Structure: Excellent rigidity and high stability, suitable for installation in conventional chemical plant scenarios.
Closed Impeller + Axial Force Balancing: Closed impellers feature high efficiency; axial forces are primarily balanced by back vanes/balance holes, with residual axial forces borne by bearings, ensuring stable operation and minimal wear.
Seal and Shaft Configuration
Standard Seal Chamber: The pump cover and seal gland form a standard-sized seal chamber, which can flexibly accommodate various sealing types such as packed seals, single/double mechanical seals, and tandem mechanical seals, meeting different sealing requirements for ordinary, toxic, flammable and explosive media.
Shaft Sleeve Protection: The pump shaft is equipped with a shaft sleeve to prevent direct corrosion of the shaft by the medium, significantly extending the service life of the shaft and facilitating replacement after wear.
Bearings and Lubrication
Oil lubrication is adopted, with the oil level controlled by a constant-level oil cup to ensure the bearings operate under well-lubricated conditions, reducing frictional heat generation and prolonging bearing service life.
Back Pull-out Design
The pump casing adopts a back pull-out structure. During maintenance, the impeller, mechanical seal and other components can be overhauled without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines, greatly simplifying the maintenance process and reducing downtime.
Rotation Direction
The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end.
